What is Elkhart PoGo?

We are a community founded on a common interest – Playing Pokemon Go in Elkhart, Indiana! We communicate via Discord, hold group events for Community Day and other special in-game events, and often get together for raid groups. If you’re looking for a fun place to find like-minded Pokemon Go players, look no further!

I’ve heard about Community Day check-ins, what are they?

Our community is an officially recognized Silph Road local community. Silph Road is a grassroots organization of trainers and communities from across the world who come together under our shared interest if Pokemon Go. You can sign up for a Silph Road account completely free by visiting their website.

Once your account is created, you can meet up with any Elkhart PoGo staff during each Pokemon Go Community Day event to be “checked in” for the event. This will earn you a unique badge for your Silph Road Traveler’s Card, and we often give our collectable button pins so our members have something physical to show off their dedication to Pokemon Go!

PokeMap FAQs

What is Elkhart PokeMap?

The PokeMap service is an interactive map that allows you to view real-time data regarding events happening in Pokemon Go right now! You can see a detailed list of features on our home page!

I just purchased a subscription, but I don’t have access yet – What gives?!

Due to the complex integrations of our Shop, Discord and PokeMap, all of our orders are processed manually to ensure that no errors are made. You will receive two emails total – One when you place the order, and a second when the order has been processed.

General processing time is 1-2 hours, however since this is manual it may take up to 12 hours in some cases. If you placed your order more than 12 hours ago, and still do not have the correct access to the map, please using the Contact Form or message a Staff member on the Discord server.

I’m having trouble with a feature on the PokeMap

First step should always be to clear your browser cache! This will help clear any old data from your browser in case we have recently done an update.

If you’re still having trouble after following these instructions, you might be experiencing a legitimate bug. Please contact us in the #map-support channel in the Discord server to report the problem and receive additional help.

What is the subscription fee money used for?

All the money paid for PokeMap subscriptions goes right back into making the map great for all users! This includes paying for the server that the map runs on, the fees for the scanning/mapping software itself, and for purchasing additional scanning hardware to expand coverage. We want to keep growing this service to provide more value to everyone, and the best way to do that is to re-invest the money we receive from the community. The Elkhart PoGo staff is not using this service to make a profit, we only want to provide a useful resource to a community we enjoy being a part of!
